    In order for us (Martec International AB. org. no. 556311-8578) to be able to process your order in the best way, we must register, handle and store the information you enter.

    When you buy from us via our online store, you give us the right to save data such as name, address, phone number, e-mail. When you as a customer (company, organization, private person) choose to shop against invoice / credit, also the organization's alt, social security number.

    Some information can be shared with our partners (shipping company, usually PostNord) such as name, address, phone number and email so that they can deliver your order. When you shop via our online store, you give us your consent to disclose this information to Klarna Checkout V3 (redemption company).

    Personal data provided by private individuals in connection with purchases will not be disclosed to third parties.

    At your request (via contact form or phone) or on our own initiative, we can correct and supplement information that may be incorrect (for example, you have not clearly entered your name or address).

    Your organization's alt. personal data is saved as long as you are a customer with us and do not choose to close your account in the online store. We comply with the Accounting Act and archive invoices / documents for 7 years in our business system (Visma).

    When visiting our e-commerce site, we use cookies to save your settings such as prices, currency, message etc.

    Delivery and terms of purchase


    The terms and conditions apply in cases where Swedish or other law does not prescribe other rules, which conflict with our terms and conditions. Private consumers are subject to the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. Companies are subject to the Purchase Act. The Purchase Act is dispositive, which means that our own agreements can agree other than what the law prescribes. You can find further information about current laws via the Swedish Consumer Agency. The business is conducted in the company Martec International AB. (org.nr: 556311-8578) and holds an F tax certificate.


    Age limit
    In order to order via martec.se, you must be over 18 or have a guardian's consent.


    Prices
    All prices are stated in Swedish kronor excluding shipping. The price that applies at the time of ordering also applies at the time of delivery, regardless of whether the prices have changed up or down.


    Ordering
    Orders are best placed via our online store www.martec.se. At the time of ordering, you as a buyer will receive a unique order number and a confirmation email to the email address you entered at the store's checkout.


    Payment method


    Direct payment
    In our online store, you pay easily and quickly with a regular card or direct payment via your own bank or Swish. The payment service is provided by Klarna.


    Klarna invoice
    When you choose to pay by invoice, we offer you the option to pay 30 days after we have sent the goods. We transfer our demand for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction where you must pay directly to Klarna. For contact details and further information about Klarna, go to klarna.se.



    Costs and fees
    Klarna charges an invoice fee of SEK 0 per purchase. In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent to you where you will be required to pay a reminder fee. If you shopped for less than SEK 60, SEK 29.00 is added, and if you shopped for SEK 60 or more, SEK 60.00 is added in reminder fee. If no payment is subsequently made, the claim may be handed over for collection processing, where additional collection costs may be incurred.







    Deliveries
    All deliveries are normally made by Posten. It is the buyer's responsibility that addresses given when ordering are correct.


    Delivery times
    Stocked products are normally packed and shipped the same or next working day. Delivery time is normally 1-3 working days from when the products leave our warehouse.


    Complaints
    The Consumer Purchase Act prescribes a two-year right of complaint for private individuals, regardless of the warranty period that applies to a product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the fault was discovered. In the event of a complaint after the warranty period has expired, the buyer must be able to demonstrate that the defect was already present on the product at the time of delivery. In cases where the reason for the return is a complaint and the fault cannot be demonstrated, a fee of SEK 350 + VAT + return shipping and handling costs for the case will be charged. Martec International AB reserves the right to replace a defective item with an equivalent item in cases where an identical item is not available.

    Right of withdrawal (Only applies to private individuals)
    In accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, private individuals have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days from the day they received the product or a substantial part of it. The product must be returned in "substantially unchanged" condition. This also applies to the product's possible packaging, accessories and software. The product must of course not have been used if the canceled purchase is to be accepted. The request for canceled purchase must be registered in the same way as a return. Returning a product which is returned with reference to the Distance Contracts Act is at the customer's expense. Reimbursement of costs for transport or other services rendered is not permitted. The product must be returned packaged. Refunds for canceled purchases must be made within 30 days from the day we received the product.


    In all cases where an item is returned, the customer must first contact us via email to get a return number, then we will provide further instructions, information and how to return your order.


    Damaged goods
    It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods at the time of delivery. Check the condition of the goods and packaging when they are delivered. The customer must calculate the quantity so that it matches the information in the waybill. If an item is damaged in transport and delivery, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the forwarder (usually Posten 020-340 340) but no later than within 7 days.

    Missing goods
    The consignee (customer) must make a note on the waybill before it is acknowledged. Contact the nearest Post Office and state the shipment number. Then a search is made of the goods. If the goods are not found within 30 days, the customer has the right to consider them as lost.


    Dispute
    In disputes where the buyer is a private person, it is our policy to follow the Allmänna Reclamationsnämnden's (ARN) recommendations. Disputes between companies are usually settled in court.


    Force majeure
    Should Martec.Int AB be prevented from delivering or re-delivery, or if such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor conflict or other circumstances beyond the parties' control such as fire, war, mobilization or unexpected military calls-up of corresponding proportions,
    requisitions, seizures, currency restrictions, uprisings and riots, transport obstacles, shortages of goods, lack of fuel, as well as delays in deliveries from subcontractors or producers as a result of similar circumstances that are addressed in this point, Martec International AB is free from all liability with the exception of complaints and crediting of missing products.


    Change of terms of sale
    Martec International AB reserves the right to change the current sales conditions.
